Account Registration
User must register an account to use the Site. User must provide accurate and complete information and keep the information up to date. User is responsible for maintaining the security of their account and password. User is responsible for all activities that occur under their account.
Listings
User may create listings for items or spaces they wish to rent. User must provide accurate and complete information about the item or space, including availability and rental rates. User is responsible for ensuring that their listing complies with all applicable laws and regulations.
Rental Process
Users may communicate through the Site to discuss rental details and arrange rental agreements. Users are responsible for verifying the accuracy of all rental details before agreeing to a rental. The Company is not responsible for any miscommunications or disputes that may arise between Users.
Prohibited Uses
Users must not use the Site for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. Users must not violate any laws or regulations, infringe any intellectual property rights, or harass or harm any other User.
Posting or sharing adult content, explicit images, or any material deemed inappropriate is strictly prohibited. Additionally, sharing contact information within images or item descriptions is not allowed and will result in account suspension.
Termination
The Company may terminate a User's account and access to the Site at any time for any reason. User may terminate their account at any time by contacting the Company.
Indemnification
User agrees to indemnify and hold the Company harmless from any claims, damages, or losses arising from User's use of the Site or any rental agreement.
Limitation of Liability
The Company is not responsible for any damages or losses arising from User's use of the Site or any rental agreement. The Company is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the Site.
Changes to Terms
The Company may modify these Terms at any time by posting the modified Terms on the Site. User's continued use of the Site after any modifications indicates User's acceptance of the modified Terms.
Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between User and the Company with respect to the use of the Site and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether oral or written, between User and the Company.
Cancellation Policy
Users are required to make payments on a monthly basis. We do not automatically charge for subscriptions. If a User wishes to cancel their subscription or has any concerns, they can create a new support ticket or connect with our support team to discuss their requirements.
